Bishop Patrick R. Mutware
President & Founder, ASIM
A transformational leader, strategist, and spiritual mentor with a Master’s in Conflict Management and a Bachelor’s in Theology. He is the Founder of ASIM, Vision for Africa, and the Africa Reborn Excellence Award. With decades of experience in ministry and development, Bishop Mutware champions faith-driven leadership and continental transformation.
Dr. Gamariel Mbonimana, PhD, FCILT
Director of Governance & Development | Vice Chairman, Africa Reborn Award
A former Member of Parliament and senior university lecturer, Dr. Mbonimana is a thought leader in governance, education, and youth empowerment. With multiple postgraduate degrees, he leads ASIM’s strategic development and award initiatives, promoting sober, value-based leadership across Africa.
Miss Mfurakazi Esther

A passionate advocate for gender equality and youth development. With a Bachelor's in Business, she coordinates ASIM’s community programs and outreach, especially empowering young girls through education and mentorship.

Mr. Richard Ruhumuriza is a seasoned financial management expert, internal auditor, and development strategist with over 15 years of progressive experience in both the public and private sectors. He currently serves as the Director of Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship at Arise and Shine International Ministries (ASIM), where he spearheads the ministry's initiatives focused on economic transformation, entrepreneurship development, financial literacy, and sustainable livelihoods for underserved communities.

Mr. Oliver Midian Ndhlovu is an accomplished development practitioner, agribusiness strategist, and environmental advocate with over 40 years of service in public, private, and nonprofit sectors across Malawi and Southern Africa. He currently serves as the Director of Agriculture and Environmental Stewardship and Senior Strategic Advisor for Community Development & Innovation at Arise and Shine International Ministries (ASIM).
Mr. Justice Blaise Ngabire

Justice Blaise Ngabire is a distinguished career judge, legal educator, and human rights advocate with over two decades of service to the Rwandan judiciary. Currently serving as Director of Justice, Human Dignity, and Social Transformation at Arise and Shine International Ministries (ASIM), he contributes deeply to the ministry’s vision of holistic transformation—spiritually, socially, and economically through a strong foundation of justice, integrity, and moral leadership.
