BACKGROUND OF AFRICA REBORN EXCELLENCE AWARD

Africa Reborn Excellence Award is a programme that was initiated by Arise and Shine International Ministries in partnership Vision for Africa organization (VFA) an organization registered with Rwanda Governance Board with a charity no: 655 of 31/11/2011. This organization began its mandate in the year 200 and was pioneered by Patrick R.Mutware. Arise and Shine International Ministries has 3 liason offices within Africa; Kigali- Rwanda, Bukavu-DRC and  Lilongwe-Malawi.

Main objectives:

Ensure drastic changes of people’s mindset and way of thinking, realization of individual contributions towards economic growth of community to the utmost African society.

1. Ended the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi

Kagame, as Commander of the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF), led the military effort that stopped the genocide, saving countless lives and restoring national sovereignty.
